Yes. Every stone we sell is a genuine laboratory-grown colored gemstone, and we disclose that origin clearly and consistently in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Jewelry Guides. 1. Clear labeling:On our product pages, tags, invoices and certificates, each stone is described with "Laboratory-Grown" or "Laboratory-Created" immediately preceding the gemstone name (e.g., "Laboratory-Grown Ruby"), with equal prominence — never presented as a mined or natural stone. 2 Independent reports:Every piece ships with an independent gemological report (e.g., GIA / IGI) that states "Laboratory-Grown" and records any detectable treatments. 3 Full treatment disclosure:Any heating, irradiation or other treatment is disclosed in writing — we never hide or misrepresent enhancements. 4 No misleading claims: We do not use trade names reserved for natural stones (such as "pigeon's blood" or "royal blue") on our lab-grown material, and we make no claims of natural rarity. 5 Third-party verifiable: You are welcome to have any stone independently tested; if it is ever found not to be as described, we will accept the return.

At present, natural gemstones are not part of our regular inventory. However, we can source natural gemstones according to a customer’s specific requirements, including gemstone type, size, color, shape, quality, and quantity. As our inventory develops, selected natural gemstones may also become available as in-stock products. We can supply lab-grown rubies ,sapphires or emeralds produced by flame-fusion,hydrothermal or flux methods according to your requirements. Please note:Our GRC/AGL grading reports will clearly mark Lab-grown for compliance purpose.However,the specific crystal-growth method is not printed on the standard lab report. Third-party re-verification is acceptable. If there is any inconsistency between delivered goods and agreed specifications after independent lab inspection,we support product return.

This is particularly relevant for natural gemstones, where each stone can differ in color, clarity, inclusions, size, and cutting. We work with our supply network to identify suitable stones based on the customer’s requirements. Sourcing is therefore a supporting part of our product offering, rather than the sole focus of our business.

Yes. Raystone supplies lab-grown diamonds in a range of standard sizes and specifications, with regular sizes generally available from stock. For special colors, unusual cuts, or specific specifications, availability needs to be confirmed based on the customer’s requirements. If the requested diamond is not currently in stock, we can arrange custom production, with the lead time depending on the specifications and quantity. Yes. We keep a selection of standard shapes and standard sizes in stock for faster delivery. However, because lab-grown gemstones are available in many different combinations of shapes, sizes, colors, qualities and quantities, we do not keep every specification in stock at all times. For current availability, please send us your required stone type, shape, size and quantity, and we will check our available stock for you.

Our regular inventory mainly covers standard shapes and commonly requested sizes. Depending on the gemstone type and specification, we may have ready-to-ship stones available in shapes such as round, oval, cushion, pear, emerald, marquise, heart, princess, radiant and asscher. Our available inventory changes as new stones arrive and existing stock is sold, so we recommend checking with us before placing an order.

Yes. We offer custom sourcing and custom cutting for specific sizes, shapes and other requirements. If you need a size or shape that is not currently available in our standard inventory, simply send us your specification, size list, drawing or CAD file. Our team can evaluate the requirement and arrange sourcing or custom cutting accordingly.

Yes. In addition to standard gemstone shapes, we can produce custom and fantasy cuts based on your drawing or CAD design. This option is particularly suitable for jewelry brands, designers and manufacturers who need a specific shape or a consistent production specification.

For small quantities, we may be able to supply from available stock. For bulk or production orders, however, the required quantity may exceed our current inventory. In such cases, the order will normally need to be scheduled for production to ensure consistent specifications, color and quality throughout the parcel. For production orders, we recommend confirming your requirements as early as possible so that we can arrange the appropriate production schedule.

For small-batch orders, we carefully inspect each stone before shipping. For large-volume orders, we perform sampling inspection before dispatch. Our goal is consistent quality you can count on — not shortcuts at the packing stage.
